Marina Watson
Most recently, I worked at Hexagon as a Production Designer, where I helped lead the enterprise rollout of Adobe Express, building scalable brand systems and hundreds of templates to support a global organization. From contributing to a high-visibility rebrand to supporting a brand system downloaded hundreds of thousands of times, this role strengthened my focus on design at scale—where clarity, consistency, and accessibility matter as much as creativity.
Before Hexagon, I spent eleven years at Delta Vacations as a Senior Graphic Designer, partnering with an in-house creative team to deliver work across print, digital, web, and large-scale brand initiatives. That chapter shaped my foundation as a designer and reinforced the importance of strong systems, collaboration, and thoughtful execution.
My passion for graphic design began in high school and continues to grow as this discipline is never static. Design evolves, adapts, and challenges the way I think. I’m driven by the process of translating ideas into clear, compelling visuals—and by the satisfaction that comes from not only meeting expectations, but elevating them.
At the core of Sublime Thinker is a belief that good design is intentional, adaptable, and human-centered. Every project is an opportunity to create clarity, solve problems, and deliver work that lasts.
